So now I'm a caterer

Because I didn't have nearly enough things to do, I have recently added Party Planner and Caterer to my list of professions. A friend of mine, who also had an interest in planning parties and catering, and I have started a by-word-of-mouth catering business. We're actually quite busy right now. It's amazing. And we really enjoy it. How cool is that?!

The school year activities are winding down. DD's school spring program was this past Tuesday. She sang some, but mostly she yawned and pulled her dress up. Lovely. Her ballet recital in May 11. Can't wait for that! I hope she does well.

Church activities (Handbells and Clubs) will both be ending in the next two weeks. But then we're starting a Summer Handbell Choir ("The 5 Golden Rings") that will meet at noon on Monday's for rehersal. Should be interesting.

Longaberger is an ongoing committment. I enjoy the perks of being a consultant. I wish I had more home shows on my calendar (though, as you can see, it's really quite full already). I appreciate the business that my mother-in-law and sister-in-law bring me :-)

This summer, DD will be taking some swim lessons (she's very excited that it's her turn!). And we will be taking a few family vacations. All in all, the summer is quite packed and I'm sure I will be looking forward to school starting again by the end of May! Especially since DS will also be going next year. Next year I will have 2 whole mornings all to myself. Whatever will I do?!?!?!
