What's a mother to do?

It was a rainy day, so we couldn't play outside. We'd already been to the book store to play with the trains, and to the grocery store. The kids napped on the way home from the book store, so there would be no more quiet time. What do you do? Well, if you're me...you give your kid a pedicure.
